When I started doing this podcast, I began to look at my inventory of items that I had collected over the years. Random sets of headphones, bluetooth speakers, bluetooth headphones and every style of microphone you can imagine. For the first few episodes I used a variety of mics, some sounded great while others sounded like they were not even working, matter of fact I am almost positive that on one of my earlier shows, the mic was straight up broken. I won't tell you which one but I know it was.
Now I don't even stress about it, I use some really great equipment and even then sometimes the sound is not what it should be. But isn't that part of it? I mean I am not making millions on Spotify so shouldn't I sound like the vibe of the show? I never understood the perfect sound,perfect intro and logo but a stale fake podcast. Why go through the hassle if it's not who you are?
